  • Rental Income: Managing the rental income, all funds are direct credited into landlords accounts monthly.
  • Rent Review: Monitored to achieve a fair market price.
  • Rental Reports & Statement: Monthly statement - easy to understand, email out on the first day of every month. End of year statement are prepared and emailed out at the end of our financial year.
  • Tenant Screening: All tenants are screened; credit checks and references are completed.
  • Rent Arrears: Checking daily for rent arrears, we take every step to discuss this with the tenant, to ensure we can resolve this, however we may have to issues 14 day notices and prepare for mediation or tenancy tribunal appearance.
  • Bonds: Our policy is to charge a four week bond from the tenant which is lodged at the bond centre in Wellington.
  • Maintenance: All maintenance is attended to immediately. We discuss maintenance issues with you at the start of the management and tailor this to your property.
  • Fees: We offer competitive fees for your property
  • Inspections: All properties are inspected at the start of the management and beginning and end of each tenancy. We offer regular inspections throughout the tenancy, this is tailor made to your requirements.
  • Advertising: We advertise in our local news paper weekly, we also have access to websites if necessary. There is no fee if Waiheke Best Rentals manage the property.
